Capacity Building Training (WITI Team)

In April 2025, WITI hosted a powerful 4-day internal training to strengthen our foundation as an organization. This capacity-building session was our first team-wide learning experience, focused on critical themes such as organizational development, feminist leadership, effective communication, and human rights.

The sessions were rich with reflection, open dialogue, and strategic planning. We explored how our values show up in our work, how to lead with care and clarity, and how to stay rooted in rights-based, community-driven action.

This training reminded us that before we build outward, we must first build within — and that strong teams make sustainable impact possible.
